Our workshops.
(i) Rule #1 Mindfulness and learning under pressure. Breathe. Pay Attention. Make Omelet. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. 12-100 participants | Four hours | $90 per person | 12-24 participants | 90 minutes | $65 per person
(ii) Unbridled Grit Pushing harder than you think you can. Measure your perseverance and its impact on quality and disposition as you learn the precision and persistence necessary to prepare dinner for 1000 people. 12-100 participants | Four hours | $125 per person
(iii) Bridled Creativity Know the kitchen, then write the menu. Learn how to bring your strengths as a thinker to a small group setting where you'll work together to create dishes from a basket of mystery ingredients. 12-32 participants | 90 minutes | $65 per person
(iv) Line Dancing Team Building in the Dining Room. Practice positive relationship building habits by working together ‘on the line’ firing and plating a meal for each other. Recognize each other for how they show up as teammates. 24-48 participants | Four hours | $125 per person ($175 with beverage pairings)
(v) “Heard” Chef-level communication. Discover how you and your teammates learn, and how best to direct each other as you create a grand Mexican food buffet. 12-32 participants | Four hours | $125 per person
(vi) Head Down and Get to Work Embracing Uncertainty. Manage a stream of ambiguous inputs, together, ‘in the dark’, and hope that it turns into something edible. 12-32 participants | Four hours | $125 per person
